The Aluminum Association of Florida is the professional trade association for aluminum contractors, aluminum fabricators and aluminum related businesses. The Association was organized by a few aluminum contractors in 1974 out of necessity due to a lack of aluminum building codes or guidelines for building department inspectors to properly evaluate aluminum construction projects.
The not-for-profit Association is the professional trade group for contractors, fabricators, and suppliers of products and services to them. It has chapters throughout the State of Florida and continues to grow.
To inform, educate, organize and represent the interests of contractors and their manufacturers, distributors and associated professionals engaged in the aluminum construction industry and its related businesses, including but not limited to profitable and ethical business practices, building codes, legislation, and the technical knowledge base. The AAF actively supports the evolution of our industry through member involvement.
