About the Aluminum Association of Florida

The Aluminum Association of Florida is the professional trade association for Aluminum contractors, Aluminum fabricators and Aluminum related businesses.

The Association was organized by a few Aluminum Contractors in 1975 out of necessity due to a lack of aluminum building codes or guidelines for building department inspectors to properly evaluate aluminum construction projects.

The Not For Profit Association is the Professional Trade Group for Contractors, Fabricators, and suppliers of products and services to them. It has chapters throughout and continues to grow.

The Association promotes a strict code of ethics among its members and provides council to Municipal Building Code Directors.

The AAF Creed

The Aluminum Association of Florida and its Members are dedicated to the promotion of High Standards of Ethics, Competence, Workmanship Practices & Policies Integrity, Honesty and Quality in its dealings with the Public and Government Agencies. It further strives to contribute to the improvement of work standards, specifications and engineering codes, as applicable to the Aluminum Business and Industry.
