Membership Classification
Contractor Member
Any individual licensed to perform aluminum work. They may become a
member of a specific AAF Chapter depending on their location or they may
become a Direct Member of the Association on a Direct Member status.
Local Supplier Member
An owner or representative of a company supplying products and/or
services and who is marketing in a restricted AAF chapter area.
State Supplier Member
A company or representative supplying products and/or services to the
industry. State Supplier Members are voting members of the State Suppliers
Council. The Companys representatives are Honorary Members of all
local chapters.
Application for Membership
All new members, regardless of category must meet qualifications, complete
a membership application and pay annual dues. They are subject to confirmation
by the Associations Board of Directors. Building Officials,
Plans Examiners, etc. may join AAF as Associate Members without charge. Please
note: Each local AAF chapter has different membership dues; please
refer to the list below to find your chapter dues. State dues are $300.00.

- AAF Beneficial Services Program
The AAF Beneficial Services Program is a program designed to reduce
business expenses for the member contractors and suppliersavailable
to members only. This program administered through the AAF Insurance Coordinator
involves:
- Payroll Administration through ADT
- Special Workers Comp. Insurance Program that give small contractors
the same clout as very large ones, including premium dividends.
- Employee Benefits
- Compliance Requirements
- Claims Processing
- AFLAC Supplemental Insurance
In the short time of its existence, the program has already been responsible
for many operating cost savings with many members and the program is
growing in member participation. The reduced operating cost allows the
AAF member ways to become more competitive and/or allows them a greater
return on their business and operating investment.
Members Pledge
All Members subscribe to an Association Code of Ethics and Standards
for fair practices, which apply to all dealings with the public, other Association
Members and Government Officials.
